This is a Tom Flood signature I had the privilege of meeting Mr Flood a few years ago and what a kind and Gracious guy he was
Tom is the Imperial officer holing his hat in this shot from The Empire Strikes Back
He explained to me that he did in fact have a line as Gary Kurtz took a shine to him and asked him to enter into conversation with Ken Colley Admiral Piett, however Director Irvin Kershner didn't like his voice and alas his speaking part was cut A cool story none the less.
