This is the very talented concept sculptor Tony McVey who created everyone's favorite alien Salacious crumb.
Mr Mcvey did the Body work on the full size Rancor costume as well as the initial Gamorrean Guard statues for Return of the Jedi.
He was also concept sculptor on The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones
