This is from the Cantina scene and shows the Bar patron Kitik Keed’kak which was operated by the late great legend Jack Purvis
Andrew,Jacks son assisted in controlling the creature we all knew as Praying Mantis until it was given an official title while visiting the set with his father.
Its still amazing that new names pop up for the original trilogy to this very day
