This is the uber talented Pete Ronzani who put together so much of the stuff we love from Return of the Jedi.

He is seen here modelling a baseball mitt which would later become Landos skiff guard helmet in Jabbas dungeon scene.

Sadly Mr Ronzani is no longer with us .
