Here is a guy i have known a long time and who is very much a gent
Ted Western in his own words got lucky on the set of New Hope, They were starting to shoot the cantina scene, and the whole set looked too empty. George Lucas wanted more people in it, so orders came through the First Assistant I think, that myself and some others were to get over to the costume department and get fitted out, and get back to the set as soon as possible. There was a big box of odd costumes and I helped myself.
