About my John Mollo Autograph
One of the highlights of my autograph collecting has been getting to know John Mollo the costume designer for both A New Hope and Empire Strikes back.
John is by far one of the most intelligent men I have ever spoken to. He has a long family history in the field of Militaria, especially uniforms, which you can see time and time again in the costumes that John designed for George Lucas.
In this copy of some of Johns sketches, we see various Rebel Hoth personnel. It always amazes me how close to these sketches are to the finished article we see on screen really are. I couldn't resist getting John to autograph these the last time i was lucky enough to meet up with him.
