I fell in love with this image and had to get it signed. It shows Robert Watts testing designs for an early land speeder in the form of a hovercraft of all things. i think his face says it all.
Can't say enough good things about Robert Watts. I spent the weekend with him at Burnley SFFD in may and a nicer man you wont meet. For a guy that's done so much in the film industry he is a real man of the people.
Mr watts was employed as production Supervisor on a new hope, and then went on to become associate producer on The Empire Strikes Back and co-producer on Return of the Jedi.
